With a well-established barrier and routine in place, we recommend introducing a retinol as your next targeted active — we will guide you through this at your skin review
Important Notes
  • Follow the plan accurately to ensure your skin progresses as intended. We recommend following this routine as closely as possible.
  • Exfoliating Polish: start with 3 times per week and build up to daily use by weeks 4–6 as your skin acclimatises.
  • It is completely normal to occasionally skip the evening routine. Life happens, but consistency is what delivers results.
  • If your skin feels tight, dry or you experience a purge, this is normal when starting high-performance actives. Reduce the Exfoliating Polish back to 3 times per week and build gradually.
  • If you have any questions about your routine or are experiencing sensitivity, please message us on WhatsApp. Any adjustments needed will be guided by us directly.
